Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

The last 2 or 3 times we have ordered an original crust pizza, it ends up looking like a thin crust. The crust turns out hard and thin. Even when we cook it exactly like we always have. This was what it turned out like with baking it about 40 mins from when we purchased it with no refrigeration. If we order original crust, that is what we are expecting. Please work on making a thicker crust if people order original crust. No more of this thin crust crap.

I used to love Papa Murphy's. Their garlic ranch chicken had a lot of flavor and was rich, including artichoke hearts and bacon. I tried the meat lovers pizza and the garlic chicken ranch today. It didn't have as much flavor, was dry, the ingredients didn't seem to be as good of quality, and there were fewer ingredients. The crust edges were rugged. Not a great experience, and frankly their price is pretty much the same as a precooked pizza elsewhere. Sadly disappointed.

I finally decided to try something other than a traditional pepperoni pizza and I’m glad I did! We tried the barbecue chicken and the Thai Chicken pizzas and they were both delicious. Our family enjoyed the Thai Chicken the best which I was surprised because it had cucumbers on it which was sue Pringle so good! Just the right amount of spice and so so good. Service was exceptional and my pizza order was ready in like 5 minutes. So quick!

I will never come back here again my order was supposed to be ready at 3:45 it wasn't done until 5:18 because the people working at this location are so incompetent that they weren't able make pizzas and get them to people in a timely manner they were so overwhelmed that they had to close the drive up window because it was over complicating things for them and if I and most of the other people in line weee saying hadn't been forced to pre pay we all would have left. Never again I was in line from 4:00 until I got to the counter at 5:18 management needs to fire this crew and restaff this location

I love the drive-thru, especially with a baby, and I can count on 1 or 2 fingers the amount of times I've had any issues with the service or food. Always a great experience and great pizza.
