Unfortunately I was a victim of false advertising. Employees were not upfront about how they didn’t have what I ordered, and purposefully did not present both pizzas when I picked up. They knew they were covering up that they didn’t have the ingredients needed because they tried to shred pepperoni to “make do” with what they had. I didn’t notice until I got home and they were not helpful when I called to see what could be done. The images attached show the pizza received and the pizza I thought I was purchasing…yikes. If I hadn’t purchased through a fundraiser, I would have taken my pizzas back for a full refund. Buyer beware.
The kids at Papa Murphy’s in Pekin, IL 61554 were extremely helpful and very polite. I believe their names were Tyler and Cooper.. cashier was Cooper on my receipt. It says 205. It was on March 1, 2026 at 2:42 PM.
The only pizza place in our area that caters to those of us with allergies and food sensitivity. Always a great experience. My family and I have never had a bad pizza from Papa Murphys
Pizza was excellent. Service was good. Got the Chicago stuffed pizza. The building needs updated and is kinda dirty looking.
Everything was great, as always! I love that I can use my SNAP benefits to pay!
