Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

OK, I called and apparently the owner is in Mexico. They didn’t have a manager. They told me the crew leader was busy. He said whatever you can say to me you can say to the crew leader. Apparently this is how all mini Murphs are made I have never had a mini Murph with this amount of pizza sauce. This is ridiculous. I’ve ordered from many other locations. I’ve even ordered from this location before and they’ve never been made like this he refused to give me any sort of credit and just said that’s how they come. Please see picture below. I even tipped these guys. Ridiculous.

Our pan pizzas were very delicious. Great service. Please do not go out of business like the other Papa Murphy did, that was close to us.

This buffalo chicken pizza was absolutely disgusting. It was all sauce, grease and weird tasting chicken. The chicken tasted so spongey like it came out if a freezer and microwaved??? It was so wet and sloppy. We could barely take a few bites . I called up the location, the employee Zach said they also hated that pizza too. He said best they could do is give us 5$ and he didn’t even do that for us. We tossed the whole thing in the trash 19$ WASTED AND we we had to find something else to eat as we were still so hungry. I don’t want 5$ I want a REFUND!

The food was amazing, until it made us sick. I got a Mediterranean salad, Greek pizza and a pepperoni/bacon stuffed crust pizza. Not sure what caused the food poisoning but me and my kids got food poisoning from here. It hit me not soon after eating the salad. The salad I took and ate at work that I soon regretted. I’m on a GLP1, so my meals in a day are limited. This was the only thing I had to eat yesterday, so your veggies may be bad. Also all three employees failed to wash their hands before assisting me, just put some gloves on and made the food. Which now I’m regretting not being a Karen and asking them to. Play your cameras back so you can also see them sitting on the counters which should be a no go. I don’t think I’ll be back and KRDO restaurant round up needs to pay this location
