Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Easy to order, ready right on time, staff super friendly and helpful, pizzas were delicious!!!! Great value!!!

Walked in and wanted to do their mixing match deal so I grabbed a salad and a medium pizza. The pizza took no time, but there were no salads available. I also wanted one of those pizzas where the kids can make it themselves and there was also none available. When I asked if they had those ingredients the girl rolled her eyes and said I’d have to go in the back and make it to which I then had to respond would you mind please?And she went in the back and did it. Hopefully she didn’t do anything to our food but it was weird to have to ask her to do her job. Got home and the majority of my salad lettuce. I threw away because it was old and starting to go bad. We’ll never go to this steak and bake again.

Pizza looks and smells good! But the cookie dough was packaged in a plastic bag. The person didn't change their gloves so cookie dough got all over the bag. The cookie dough was also sitting out on the counter unrefridgerated for who knows how long! The rest of the building was really clean! It was really disappointing but we handled it respectfully and got a refund. It would be great if Papa Murphys could ask their employees to change their gloves while packaging cookie dough :)

The app was very easy to use. The folks were super nice as always it was very clean inside and the baking direction were super easy. I really like that it wasn't overstuffed the calzone. In my opinion it was perfectly proportioned. I could taste everything that was on it equally. Very nice job. Definitely recommend this pizza place over most. Great prices for the quality.

My wife ordered online and then when we picked up the pizza we saw that we hadn't gotten the sale price displayed on the window. The very young staff stared blankly and said they couldn't do anything to help because they hadn't done anything wrong in the store. This is a reoccurring trend in service by Gen Z. They say "nothing can be done" based on the fact that "they don't know how" to fix the problem. We're longtime customers, but we're done with the Fortuna store. No complaint with the product. It's just a staffing issue.
