Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

When you purchase a pizza, it should be made how you order it. 20 minutes to get home after pickup I noticed the pizza I ordered was incorrect. I guess I should have double checked. This is a warning to those ordering pizza, check before you leave. This location has a hard time following simple directions and reading, unfortunately I don’t have the time for a 40 minutes round trip car ride to get what I ordered.

We got take out in Enumclaw location got home baked it and found the issues. Crust not cooked and transparent and non-existent in other areas. Bought 2 pizzas and both were similar. It didn't taste right to begin with. Went out of town next day. Called back to manager after we got back from trip to explain. They weren't interested in remaking the pizzas or store credit or a refund. Only offered a discount on next order....not acceptable. We offered to send pictures of the pizza to them. They weren't interested in that either. I would not recommend the Enumclaw location. They don't seem to stand behind their pizza. Lack of customer service by management and ownership from Enumclaw location.

We love Papa Murphy's but tonight I ordered the xl new York pepperoni and the middle of the pizza crust was so thin half of the pizza fell apart and was wasted 🥲.

9 bucks for a salad that can't be shared by 2. 20 bucks for a pizza that everyone locally beats. Used to be a good idea to save money, now it's just the middle finger to anyone that lives close.

Every time I come here these kids get my order wrong. I just don’t understand!!!
