Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

Messiah and Ariel did a great job. My order was not ready at the estimated time but the store was super busy. Ariel took the time to explain the issue and assured me she would get my pizzas ready first thing. It was clear that the store needed more than 2 staff to handle the work load but these 2 did their best, remained professional, and worked hard. I was very impressed with them.

Ordered a pan pizza. Employee came out with an empty pan and a regular large crust on their other white cooking bottom and switched it over. I thought, o wow the regular and pan pizzas use the same crust dough? Then I noticed that half the pan had the crust going up the edges and for about 1/5 of the pizza, the crust didn't even reach all the way to the edge. As I was considering asking about having her fix it or give her a moment to notice and fix this glaring error on her own she has the sauce on the pizza in about 3 seconds. 1/3 had high mounds, 1/3 had a nice glazing, and about 1/3rd had basically no sauce straight crust visible. Highly knowledgeable and efficient. Helpful, not hurried, and never put out! My favorite pizza in the entire Quad Cities and has been since Papa Murphys first arrived in Bettendorf on 18th St.

Absolutely comfortable environment, got what I needed and found out there was a bonus...BOGO on desert. Sweet bonus for the littles. Wow.

Ordered the XL New Yorker and as always was made up perfectly and ready for pick up on time.
