Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza

I called ahead to place a pizza order, but unfortunately the experience wasn’t very smooth. It took several attempts for the staff member to understand what I was ordering, and during the call I was left on hold for a few minutes while I could hear laughing and side conversations in the background. I ended up having to repeat my order multiple times before it was entered correctly, and I also had to ask for the price and wait time. When I arrived to pick up the pizzas, it took about five minutes before anyone came to the counter to assist me, and again the staff member was distracted on the phone. Overall, the service felt unprofessional and not very customer-focused, which was disappointing.

Yuck! Worst pizza EVER!! Followed all of the directions to the T, wound up with a gooey, doughy mess. The whole bottom of the pizza was still RAW dough! The trays that they are cooked on don't work! This is the 2nd time this has happened!! It was an expensive mess. (Had one slice and threw it away!) Have someone make and bake your pizza and have it delivered! Don't waste your money on this junk! The thought of it just makes me shudder!

We enjoy pizza that is fresh and healthy and thats why we chose Papa Murphys. Pleasant crew and it was a nice experience and I recommend it.

Had a problem with a debit card and they couldn't do the refund right away----but they fixed it ASAP and even gave me a 50% off coupon. GREAT pizza; great customer attention. Thanks!

Ordering on the app was easy. The pizza was ready when I arrived. The staff was friendly and the pizza tasted great!
