Scooter's Coffee

I swung by Scooter's Coffee in Aberdeen, and I’m honestly so impressed! It is the perfect spot if you’re looking for both speed and quality. My coffee was piping hot and incredibly flavorful, and the staff at the window were so friendly—they really started my day off on a high note. The location on South Washington Street is super convenient and easy to pull into when you’re on the go. Even though it’s a drive-thru focused spot, they still manage to make the whole experience feel warm and welcoming. I highly recommend trying one of their signature drinks!

Everytime we went to order, each girl had a pep in their talk and ethusiasm. We were treated kindly amd swiftly. I was inspired to write this review after visiting other scooters where the service wasnt half as good as the Aberdeen scooters

Would agree with some of the other post I've seen here that some of the staff can be rude and unprofessional. There are times when their drinks are made inconsistently and when I politely bring it up, there are a few employees (one is a manager) who get upset. Ive tried to ask how I can order my drink to make it easier for them but they still get mad. There have been times when they have talked about me right in front of my face at the drive thru with my daughter in the car. I used to go there daily however I only go there every so often when I am unable to go to my other coffee places where the customer service is much better. You can do better Scooters!

The cinnamon rolls are sad they barely put any frosting on it and they didn’t even put it on the cinnamon roll it was on the container this is disappointing, I am very disappointed.

This morning, I sent a coworker to pick up drinks I had pre-ordered. Much like multiple times before, we received the wrong drinks. Now, I have come to Scooter's MANY times and had great drinks - I love their peanut butter cup blender. I've even had friendly service a lot of times. However, this does NOT excuse the multiple occasions where I've been treated incredibly poor - like today. I called to let them know we had both received the wrong drink. I was argued with, told we've had "many many problems with you before. Don't even come back here" by a young staff. While she didn't reveal her name, I have a pretty good idea who it was. The ONE other time I did complain...ONE..this young lady went out of her way to contact me on FB messenger and tell me I was a bad person for complaining abou
