Papa Levi's Snowcones

I used to go to this place daily as a child. I even worked there a little bit when it was on 39th St. Anyway, as a snowcone lover, I always enjoy a nice cold snowcone on a hot Texas day. But, this is the 3rd time I got a snowcone like this. I'm sorry, but this is not right. I went back 2 other times. Too much syrup in them, too. It isn't yummy, so it's like a syrup drink. Not enough is like eating shaved ice. I asked for adequate juice one time, and I even specified not extra, I was charged for extra through. Wow!

My first time trying it out and well I love it! I ordered a strawberry cream so delicious! It was a hot day and I wanted to try different snowcone stand.

called twice, sign says they open at noon, i called to check and the lady told me in 30 minutes. (1:30) i called back at 1:33 and she was saying there’s no sign on the building that says they open at noon. so i proceeded to ask her when will they be open, she said she had to figure out where her employee was.

Always look forward to when Papa Levi’s opens! I did stop by today at around 1:10 as I saw google listed they were open, but no one was there, despite a sign on the window listing the open hours from noon to 7pm. They opened later and I got my fix though! Another thing to note is they still don’t have ice cream for their snow cones but they’re delicious nonetheless!

They have sugar free!!!! Just ate the top off of this one !!🤤🤤🤤
