My issue here is with the way they treat their delivery drivers (DoorDash, UberEats, etc.) I do not eat here for personal reasons. I don’t appreciate the way that I and other delivery drivers have been treated here. I’m not the only delivery driver who has seen/experienced mistreatment here. Aside from what I’ve experienced and witnessed with my own eyes, I’ve also had other delivery drivers complain about this same issue. When picking up orders, some delivery drivers are profiled and stared down. Some are being watched like hawks while doing their jobs. I went in to get an order the other day, and the employee who handed me the order kept staring at my phone screen and me even after I confirmed the order. Took a while to get food, even tho they were not busy. I say a while..almost 15 minutes, soooo unlike the restaurant. Good food, great staff tho

I just left there. I got a southwest salad with extra creamy dressing. Got all the way home to bridgecity to find out I have zero dressing. Not even the one it comes with. So be sure to check your bags before you drive off. This is so annoying.

I live in Orange but go to work in Nederland. Both the Orange and Nederland locations, I NEVER have any problems. But I’ve stopped at the one in Groves a few times and EVERY single time there’s an issue. I just got pulled for a kid’s meal 5 piece chicken nugget and a chicken sandwich… I did a mobile through and then they forgot about me. Other times I have been missing items, etc. Location needs better management.

Yesterday when I came to this place the service is very slow and they forgot my straw for my drink. Then my chicken minis were hard and cold. I was very displeased with my order and very upset. Chick fil a have been tripping lately I don’t know get it together.
