Papa Johns Pizza

This is unacceptable. I always select Well Done because Papa Johns has a tendency to be a bit doughy, and this pizza is literally wet and cold. I don't even know how something like this can happen. Did they just scoop the toppings out of a wet can with a spoon? Literally inedible.

I am done with this location. I consistently receive disappointing pizzas from here. After tonight’s disaster I just don’t want to give them anymore of my money. First, there was supposed to be extra cheese. But, this pizza has bare spots where there is actually no cheese at all. I don’t think I even got the regular amount of cheese let alone extra cheese. The crust was TERRIBLE. Whoever made this REALLY cheated me by leaving about an inch and a half of crust on the edge, and the crust was oddly flattened out. Reminded me of a graham cracker. I get that this is chain pizza…but even by those standards this is a very poorly made pizza and this is not the first time I’ve received such a low quality pizza from this location.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I’ll food said delivered but no one rang the doorbell. I just happened to look on my phone and seen that it said delivered and my order was sitting on the ground. We opened the box and the pizza was ruined with gnats inside. We are highly disappointed and we spent $50 plus with them. We called spoke to the manager she refunded us but still wanted to charge us half off to make a new order I think not. They need to train their delivery drivers to deliver properly.

Pizza here is always good, service is great and delivery is so fast. I’m convinced that 90% of the people leaving bad reviews couldn’t be bothered to check their porch or pick up their food from the store within a reasonable time frame.

Ordered a pizza last night around 8:30. Showed it was delayed finally out for delivery around 10:20 watched the car never came by my house the screen went white. Called customer service said it was delivered. I never got it. Today they said will send me the pizza I ordered last night with brownies. I go outside at 1:10 pm. Two completely soaked boxes siting by the bushes. Plus not the pizza I ordered. After I called this time they said they will deliver what I ordered in about 30 minutes. We will see.
