Papa Johns Pizza

I had a very disappointing and unsanitary experience at this location. I ordered a pizza and a papadilla and found hair in my food. The employee preparing the food was not wearing gloves or any hair protection. This is not the first time my order has been incorrect, and to make matters worse, I observed cockroaches in the establishment. This raises serious concerns about cleanliness and food safety. I will not be returning and would not recommend this location to anyone.

Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from this location anymore. The pizza was ordered directly through the app but they used DoorDash to deliver and the driver made several stops where pizza arrived cold. The dough of the pizza itself was also extremely thin and felt stale. I can’t prove it but it feels like they sent me a reheated pizza.

I ordered a pizza through Uber Eats from Papa John’s (5654 W. Manchester Ave., Los Angeles, CA), and it arrived completely undercooked. The dough was raw in the center and inedible. When I contacted Uber Eats to report this, I was told that they do not offer refunds for issues related to how food is prepared because it’s up to the restaurant. This response is unacceptable for a service that charges delivery and service fees. Uber Eats should hold the restaurants on their platform accountable and ensure customers don’t pay for food that isn’t edible. This experience has made me question whether I can trust Uber Eats for future orders. Poor service and no resolution offered—do better, Uber Eats.

I ordered a Papa bowl from here and it was sooo good the picture doesn't do the flavor justice but it was well prepared and so tasty. A big youtuber review Papa bowls labeling it as a huge disappointment and I totally disagree. Keep up the good work!

Our fave place to grab pizza! Pizzas aren't greasy and they taste fresh. Employees are kind.
