Shoutout to Anya and her manager JB at this Panera! Every time I come in, Anya is so kind, patient, and genuinely makes the experience better. You can tell she cares about customers. JB is an awesome manager too—super professional, welcoming, and clearly runs a great team. The store feels well-managed and positive, and it shows. Definitely one of the best Panera locations because of them

I was expecting a really tasty Asian Sesame Salad, theirs come with chicken, I ordered minus the chicken, so I was ask did I want avocado added (I'm thinking it was in lieu of the chicken, but no big deal, it wasn't, you pay for what you want ) I was very disappointed when I got my salad- half a bowl of Romaine lettuce, sprinkled with sliced almonds and some chow mein noodles. The only reason I didn't give it back was because my husband would have to wait for me to get another selection. So I was a big girl and didn't give it back. Hubby's was the Strawberry Poppy Salad minus the chicken. I won't do that again, not to mention I didn't bother to look at the receipt until the next day, $4.99 for each drink is beyond me! So, for $59.17 I insulted my tastebuds with 2 salads, 2cups of soup

Came here to grab a bagel and take advantage of my sip club. Once your order is placed everything goes thru the back, the "front" staff wouldn't even give me the cup for my order, I had to wait until the "back" got my order. Waited for at least 7-10mins for them to tell me they didnt have plain bagels. Other Panera's I've been to the kiosk will indicate when they are out of an item so you dont order it. Long story short, I wait 10mins for items they didnt have in stock and then had to ask for a refund.

The worst Panera I’ve been to. I’m a Panera fan but this location very much disappointed me. I hope corporate does something about it. First of all when I entered there was no one at the cash registers and I waited for a while. Then I had to walk over to the pickup area and even though the two workers could see me standing there I had to interrupt them from chatting before I get their attention. While placing my order I mentioned that my order is for dining in but I numerously had to asked the guy to give my coffee in a mug and I still got my coffee in a to go cup!!🤯 They did not have the soufflé and he said they’re done for today and won’t make any more!! Even though I was there at 9:30 a.m. when I got the coffee the cup was sticky with something perhaps syrup?!?! It made my hand so stick

I came in about 10am and noticed how clean the restaurant and restrooms were. It was relatively quiet, not too busy with customers. I was promptly greeted by the staff and asked if I would like assistance. I opted to use the self service checkout and was still warmly greeted by the manager Lamarr. I was about to jump on a call and kindly asked if he would deliver my items to my table as I know they do self service pick up. He was very friendly and agreed to bring my items to the table. He delivered my order to me very quickly with a lovely smile on his face. Overall the service was friendly, the food was good and delivered quickly and I really appreciate the extra care from Lamarr. I would definitely recommend this location. Bonus there is a large parking lot located on the back side of bu
