Pretty good pizza; I've ordered here several times for pickup (I've never tried delivery so can't speak to that). Pizza has always been ready on time, and the employees seem professional. Regular prices are kind of high, but the deals and promotions make it affordable.
We love ordering from Wasilla Papa John’s. Our pizzas are always accurate and consistent. Wait times are always minimal and we always get hot pizzas delivered to us. A specific employee stands out to us every time he delivers our pizzas- Jason! Thank you for being a rockstar Jason!! My family and I always appreciate you and your kindness.
I was hit, on purpose, by one of their delivery drivers here in Wasilla. He sped up on me, got into a turning lane, and side swiped my vehicle. He has a history of violence as well according to court view, so thankful to know that this business is not worth supporting as they keep on dangerous drivers that intentionally put others lives at risk.
Ordered online - do not recommend this method, as they had DoorDash deliver it instead. The order was incorrect, and no receipt was provided. The number of pizzas was wrong, and the toppings were wrong. The pizzas and toppings on the side of the box depicting the contents were correct, but the actual pizzas were not. Upon calling, I do not recommend, and we were offered a fraction of a refund. We paid $110, we were short one pizza that cost $13. So our new total was $104. Math is not their strong suit. Time to find a new pizza place.
