Hands down the best sourdough bread I’ve ate. Whether it’s the regular loaf or the (awesome and my favorite) cinnamon chip, you won’t be disappointed. Each month may offer a different specialty loaf…don’t pass it up. This month is maple chip…toasted and paired with a maple sausage patty and an egg won’t make you sad. Now on to pizza dough…cooks perfectly and so easy to cook dinner for a picky husband (or kid). Definitely will be getting more.
