This is the worst Papa Johns I've had. Was looking forward to it. Tired from a long drive. Couldn't have it delivered by Papa Johns. Had to use door dash. Ordered at 521p got at 700p. It was cold. Was too tired to care at this point. For $45, it should at least be hot since they skimp on toppings these days. Bring something from home. You're better off.
Not OK. Talked to Jayden and they are fixing it but wow.. this is gross... supposedly it's a door dash issue which I don't use but PJs does use. We tipped the driver and got literal slop.
This was the pizza we received on 9/11/23 at 9:30 pm. It was so burnt the cheese melted out of the stuffed crust but I tried to get my family to eat some anyways because we had nothing else and they ended up throwing it away after a couple bites each. The other food was ok. Would not order again unless this was replaced. I called the store but answered and hungup. Not sure what happened there. My order was over $40 for that.
Always egar to ask what I need help with or what I'm picking up! It's an older building so not to much room in the lobby.
Brynn was very helpful great customer service and very very patient and polite, since we were ordering it from Florida to a friend of ours in North Carolina…if we ever go there we would love to meet them..thank you so very much..many blessings to y’all 🥰
