Papa Johns Pizza

This is how our pizza arrived for delivery. It looks like the delivery driver turned the box sideways until all the toppings slid into the corner of the box. I called the restaurant to let them know that it's un-edible. The manager never apologized. I felt like I was "bothering" her. She sighed several times. I offered to give her these pizza's back. She refused and said they will get a replacement started and re-delivered as soon as they can. I've never had a problem with them before. I'm not sure what happened this time, but the customer service, especially from management, was subpar. Customer service is more than just replacing the pizza.

The pizza here is great! The wait time is very reasonable as well, however had an issue with a delivery driver being rude.

I got this Halloween themed pepperoni thin crust pizza on Oct 31. Pizza was good and the staff were friendly and quick to expedite my order to me.

They don't care about how quick they get orders out and a rude about it

Evey time I’ve tried to get delivery the estimated time constantly gets pushed back by an hr and I get a cold pizza. The funny part is when you call the manager it’s like they are just so used to the drivers and workers not making anything in time it’s like talking to another automated voicemail going through the same routine which means it’s not just me it’s happening to. Id rather be locked in a room with the zodiac killer than try to order delivery from here again
