You have to order through the app. If you go in and order they’ll charge you $20+ for one large stuff crust pizza. The pepperoni cups are awesome. Very affordable when using the deals on the app. Two medium 1 topping pizzas for $14. Quick service, good food for a pizza chain.

I've ordered delivery twice from this restaurant recently; both time the food was incredibly late. The app is inaccurate with delivery times. Last night the app said my food was delivered an hour before it eventually showed up. At the store they had disconnected the phone so I couldn't even call to find out about my food. I had to drive there to find out what was going on. Horrible service.

I’ve ordered here twice. Food has been on point, piping hot when I picked it up. Staff is also very friendly. Hands down one of the best Papa John’s I’ve been to.

Cracked under pressure during super bowl. Told everyone to get out of store and refused to serve me even though I had played my order 2 hours before.
