I'm a long time papa johns customer and recently had one of the worst pizzas at the hampstead location. The crust was hard and had a weird texture. I still love papa johns but will not be using the hampstead location. Hopefully they work out their crust issue soon!
Well, we love the pizza but….. we ordered 3 small pizzas (1 cheese, 1 pepperoni, and 1 veggie), delivery fees seem to exponentially add up, so we decided to take the 5 minute drive up to the store… 43 DOLLARS !?!?&?’?!? WHAAAAAAT? For 3 small pizzas… on the food delivery apps they were buy one get one… I had to walk out and leave the pizzas just on principle alone. Not to get all political and bring up socioeconomics, but his can families afford that ? We will stick with Genova’s down the street.
Had two pizzas delivered 60$ for raw crust and an overly greasy box. All the toppings fell off the pizza when it got picked up because of how flimsy the bread was. Disappointed to say the least.
I have had Papa Johns pizza since I was a teenager and I can honestly say the quality is still just as good! The staff at this location were very friendly and greeted me when I came in to place my order!
The pizza was good. Service….well, not so much. Asked for red peppers, got one pack (for a large pizza) asked for Parmesan got one pack, when asked for more, the attendant smirked and gave me one more of each! For a large pizza!
