Rocco's Market & Deli

I had a meatball panini sandwich - so very delicious! For dessert, a sfogliatelle - even more delicious! I bought a loaf of homemade bread and homemade english muffins to take home....then added in some cookies.....then thought about adding in some take-and-bake pre-made meals, but we already had plans for meals the next few days. So I made a solemn vow to return monthly. I would return more frequently, but it is an hour from my home. Really wish they were closer - the breakfast menu looks amazing!

This place was such a pleasant surprise!! We have tried the sweet panini, Rocco’s panini, the BBQ stew, and the doughnuts! Absolutely delicious. All the flavors are curated so well and the deli meat was thin and very fresh tasting. The pastries are fresh and don’t taste too sugary (even though they probably are) oh and the cannolis were nice and crunchy! Highly recommended!!

We got the Joe Summa breakfast sandwich, the Rocco’s breakfast sandwich with sausage added (not pictured), and an order of the Italian sausage gravy on tater tots. Boy are we in trouble! The best breakfast sandwiches around! Their lunch options are amazing too.

Cozy store with a nice selection of products, mostly specialty Italian items. Loved the look of the doughnuts and other sweet treats, will have to stop in for one. The bread for my cold cut was not the freshest I thought, definitely had more chew to it than I like. Excellent Italian cold cut though. Great sandwhich construction, quality protein and most of the fixings I like to choose from. I didnt see any options to add on any other specialty items. I always add pepperoni and prosciutto to an italian cold cut for a little extra bada-bing. Either way will still be back if I am working in the area!

My husband and I have been to Rocco’s in Hampstead for breakfast, lunch, and dinner many times, and it’s always amazing. The iced lattes are delicious, the sausage gravy over biscuits is amazing, and the donuts are huge, fresh, and delicious. The meatball panini is also fantastic, and all of the food is made fresh. The service is excellent, everyone is super friendly, and the atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. It’s a great local spot, and even if you’re just passing through the area, it’s definitely worth a stop. I 10/10 recommend this place and can’t wait to come back!
