What’s a nice mood for a late night snack? Pizza was very bad. Cheese bread was good. The pizza was not cut Terrible tried picking up a slice of pizza and all the cheese falls off like seriously, who taught you guys how to make pizza? you guys put way too much cheese.
Arrived to pick up a doordash and the order wasn't started until 25 minutes after I arrived. It's clear that the workers are struggling to fulfill all the orders. How about put more people on the night shift? Is saving money on labor really that important when your workers are overwhelmed? Terrible
Ordered 160 pizzas for Ohio State football. Store went out of their way to get us this big order. Food was great. Service amazing!
I’m so upset and disappointed. I ordered a pizza and boneless chicken and they gave me chicken nuggets and they also gave me a pizza with a pepper on the side and I am extremely allergic to this pepper. I could not even enjoy it because of that. On hold now for 25 mins. I need to talk to a manager.
This was the WORST Papa John’s I have ever had. First off, the pizza was stuck to the box. They also seemed to put the topping on first and then they put the cheese on. The peppers were dry as well. Terrible.
