Papa Johns Pizza

They completely missed the mark last evening. I waited 2.5 hours for my pizza and it was not delivered and finally cancelled. I understand that the store was overwhelmed with orders and not enough drivers to deliver. Not a good business model. I had such high expectations for my pizza since I ordered at 4:30pm.

We used Papa John's for our daughter's birthday and the store Manager, Carrie, was great. Excellent service!

We have been ordering from this Papa John's since we moved here this past fall. Like pretty much all other Papa John's restaurants I've ordered from over the years, I have not been let down. Their pizza ingredients are top-notch, and they are cooked to perfection. There is no skimping of ingredients, and their sauce ratio is perfect. Delivery orders arrive in a timely manner.

Love this pizza and the staff is very friendly. I just wish there was a tried and true way to make sure the pepper doesn't get put in the box, we have an allergy to it and it's about 50/50 on whether it gets accidentally put in after requesting it not to. They are always happy to make a fresh pizza though.

My pizza took 2 hours to get here and was delivered by some other delivery service and not kept in a warming bag so it was cold. I called and was told I would be reimbursed. I was not, no credit on my account or anything. This was the second time I have been lied to by their management. The time prior I received the wrong pizza, one I don’t eat but had waited so long I couldn’t wait for a replacement and was told I would receive a credit. That never happened. I am fed up with bad service.
