Papa Johns Pizza

I have photos of burned pizza and receipts to verify that this location burned our 3 pizzas over a 3 day period. Won’t be going back there ever again.

Order was stated it was ready after driving over waiting an hour still no food and no kind of compensation for the waste of time and gas. Manager just looking crazy, girl on the phone having personal conversation. No sense of urgency with a crowd of people. I waited an hour and half and ended up with no food. Now I have to go somewhere else to get food my grandkid. This is unacceptable .

Best Papa John’s in my area! Love them food is never greasy or distasteful. Never received an incorrect order & Tiffany is super nice everytime I come :)

Worst experience ever!!! The manager Jordan should be fired immediately! We ordered two pizzas they out sourced the delivery through door dash. Door Dash only delivered one pizza and they left the pizza on the floor and ants got in the box. We called the store to complain and Jordan (the manager) said "that's not our problem". We cannot give you a refund but we can offer a store credit. Understand that we order two pizzas a week from this location. We have never asked for any refunds or credits in the past and to be treated as if we are trying to work the system is insulting. The manager never apologized for the service that she is supposed to be in charge of. She rolled her eyes and played with her tongue ring as I explained what just happened. Bbq chicken pizza was perfect. Didn’t get a picture but it was the best pizza I’ve had in a while! They felt like working yesterday🥹🫶🏾✨
