Papa Johns Pizza

I just had my first ever order delivered by a door dash person from this location. They left the pizza on the door and it was ten minutes later before we even knew it was delivered. We are extremely unhappy and this will lead us to use one of your competitors in the area. You should want to own your product from start to finish and using this system means the person delivering your food has no care of papa John’s values or customers. Disappointing for sure and a big miss from leadership not understanding your customers. This is the common - look at an excel sheet see how much we could save move that leads to loss of overall revenue. Stop chasing profitability and start chasing customer service. The two are often linked.

I enjoyed dinner here this evening. The food was exceptionally delicious, and it provided a wonderful atmosphere for socializing. It certainly seems to be a prominent establishment in the Spanish Fort center.

Food is hit or miss, though there is almost always something wrong. You would think a chain pizza place would have set measurements for cheese, toppings, and sauce. It doesn’t seem like this location does. Worse than the food is the service. Usually there is one employee that seems like they care (out of 7-10) and it isn’t the management. They also struggle with making a pizza on time. It is nothing to order pickup on the way home from work 30 minutes in advance and still have to wait another 20+ after you get there. This is despite a supposed 30 minute time on the website. Delivery isn’t much better as we had had pizzas take an hour and a half to get to the house from order, despite a 45 minute time being shown. Everybody should just know that the very honest reviews of this store somehow mysteriously get taken down by Google or the owner. Just realize that before you order a pie here. The truth is not being told.

Very chill supportive service, very honest. Funny laid back atmosphere. Good pizza.
