Papa Johns Pizza

Ordered stuffed crust large pizzas. Got home and werent cut and have barely any crust, like super thin crust. Cant even pick it up to eat, as you can imagine. Went for a refund, they refunded and the manager offered to remake it for free and stated she wouldnt of ate it herself. Before the manager was available the workers were looking at me like I was in the wrong for bringing back the pizza. I was told "well i didnt make it, and did you want it cooked well done". So we waited there for a good half hour atleast just to come home with fresh pizzas that are the same as the first ones. Never again. It is a shame that marcos is no longer here. Casseys pizza from now on!

Food was good. The cashier was being kind. It can get crowded during busy hours and it may take up the 30 minutes that have your pizza ready. That place just opened up last week and I’m not gonna lie. It’s pretty good.

We were genuinely excited to order from Papa John’s and expected a smooth experience, but unfortunately it was a letdown from start to finish. The delivery tracking app was completely inaccurate, showing the driver nowhere near our house when the order had apparently already been dropped off. To make matters worse, I specifically requested the food be left at the back door, yet it was placed at the garage instead—so we didn’t even realize it had been delivered right away. Once we finally found the pizza and sat down to eat, my husband took a bite and immediately pulled out a hair from his mouth. That was the end of dinner. Between the unreliable tracking, ignored delivery instructions, and a major food quality issue, this was a very disappointing experience. We won’t be ordering from here

Great pizza with deals going on all the time. Place just opened so the wait time is there when it is busy or they are short staffed. Some of the complaints are valid but people need to remember that people are training and are not perfect. Give it a try at least once and see what you think instead of following nehy sayers.

Placed my Order it took longer than it said. The food was not good! Order was messed up. Called and let them know said I could have my next order free . I placed that oder order told me 30 minutes over an hour and still didn’t have it. I will never go back . Much better places to go and done correctly and on time!👎
