Caribou Coffee

Made a pit stop when we were traveling. Ordered a large mocha extra hot. It was absolutely perfect. Too overly sugary and syrupy. Nice espresso and chocolate flavor. It was served piping hot too. Quick and friendly service. We will be sure to stop on our next travels through.

Usually I have good experiences here but this time they gave me an extremely overflowing drink completely wrapped in napkins, that spilled all over my car and work uniform! They knew it was messy because they handed the drink over completely wrapped in napkins instead of putting it in a new cup or using a different lid! They didn’t give me time to ask for more napkins or a new lid/cup just shut the drive through door and walked away even tho I sat there for awhile!

I've only been through the drive-thru, so can't comment on atmosphere, but the coffee here is honestly my favorite. Most places have coffee that is too sweet or too bitter for my taste. I've had almost everything on the menu here, and it's always spot-on. I'm absolutely addicted to the raspberry scones here, and I buy them every time I stop. Staff is always super friendly, and they've never messed up an order or forgotten anything - which is something in the food industry! Mornings can be busy, but the line usually moves along pretty quickly.

Food is always delicious!😋 The drinks are always made how we order them. The staff is always so friendly and nice. Great prices for what you get. If there is a mistake they always fix it! Always check to make sure you have all of the items you ordered and the right ones! Yes it may be their job to make sure everything is there but the customer should always check their stuff too. Mistakes happen and we are all human! Some people seem to forget that. Very great place! All of my family members go here and we recommend this place to everyone!
