GM William McClain helped me with/an event that our church hosted on a Saturday night. I needed to count everyone once they arrived and call in my order of 12-30 pizzas! I had set an alarm on my phone so I wouldn’t forget to call the shift manager Chase Tate by 6:45pm. I was busy with my guests when my alarm went off, but thankfully Chase called me! We made the order of 20 pepperoni pizzas and I needed them delivered by 8:30pm. They were delivered beautifully! The delivery driver was helpful and our guests were very impressed with the pizzas! We are thankful for their professionalism, courtesy and helpfulness! We will order from them again! Thank you Archdale Papa John’s!
Can't really rate anything...places an online order to pick up on my way from work. Was contacted on my way there saying the systems were out and that location couldn't take online orders and my money would be refunded. No option for anything else at that time. A few hours later, I got email stating my order was ready to be picked up. I called, manager verified the order had been cancelled and wasn't waiting for pickup stating they had computer system issues that day. Money was returned to my account, but would have thought they would give the option to have it fulfilled if they could call me just the same.
We ordered 2 large pizzas and brownies they were great! Our Dasher Usman was on time and he was the sweetest guy ever he gets 10 stars from us !!!
Papa johns is our only pizza place in highpoint archdale area. Have tried a few places but none of them come close to their taste and dough. Sometimes the deals are really good. If its not made right they will make it right for you. Not every experience here is the same but most of the times we have had a great pizza.
Thank You so much for helping surprise my husband for his 50th birthday!! I ordered 2 pizzas with "50" shaped with the pepperoni's to be delivered to him and his buddies game group!! They all got a kick out of a random pizza delivery showing up unexpectedly!!! Well done Papa John's 😀👏👏👏🍕🍕🍕
