Okinawa Restaurant

I've never been here before. I've been past it multiple times. The outside gives a feeling of not wanting to eat here, however, I found the inside to be quite the opposite. It was clean, good sanitation grade, and the ambiance was spot on. The lady taking my order was very helpful, friendly, and answered any questions I might have. I would have to say this us the first "take out" Japanese that had rib eye. I got the hibachi ribeye with chicken. Meat was very tinder. White sauce was on the thinner side but had a good taste. Portion size was well enough that I split with my mom & I had enough for the next day. Only thing that I would ask in the future is that they not put my ginger sauce on my salad. I wasn't crazy about the sauce which made me not want the salad. Also the ginger

The lady at the counter was pleasant and nice to order from. The hole in the wall feel in combination with the decor give a nice ambiance to the place. The chicken hibachi was good. The side salad with ginger dressing was good but way too small. The shrimp shumai was good as well, albeit small portions dor whst you get. Overall, it was a good experience. Will come back.

The food was amazing!! Perfectly seasoned and generous portions! Very friendly staff! Can't wait to go back!!

Food quality and is right up there with Brazilian Steakhouses and other high-end restaurants. I myself got a salad with the fried pork wonton appetizer, then a hot green tea with hibachi shrimp and ribeye, alongside fried rice. There wasn't one low note through all the dishes. Everything was perfect. Be prepared to pay for quality!

The customer service was good. My issue was the price and quality of food. While the food wasn't bad, it was nowhere near worth the $32.50 that I paid. I realize prices have gone up, but I wasn't expecting that. There is no menu available online that I saw, so I figured it would be $15-20. I had hibachi steak and shrimp. There were six pieces of steak and four shrimp. It just wasn't worth it to me. The fried rice was just okay... nothing special to it. I won't be going back.
