Papa Gino's

Ordered delivery, almost an hour later than the original delivery time and all the food was completely cold. I only live about 10 min away. They use postmates/other delivery services instead of their own drivers, and the when I called, the driver said he had to make some other stops before he came over. For what it’s worth, when I called the store itself confused, the staff were kind and helpful.

​We ordered a pizza for pickup, but when I arrived, it felt like they had forgotten our order. Once we got home, we discovered the pizza was burnt and completely inedible. We called to request a refund, but they claimed it was "too much work" and promised to make it right on our next visit. When that time came, they remembered us but the manager refused to honor the promise because it had been more than a week. I don’t eat pizza every week, and they never mentioned a time limit. Stay away unless you want burnt pizza and shady service.

I Love Papa Gino’s but come on! The one in Stoneham just keeps getting worse. For a little while it got better because they had a Manager named Vicki W. She was awesome and everything was made correctly and in sufficient time. This order was 2 steak and cheese and bread sticks. We called it in on our way home from Wakefield. About 10 minutes. We knew It wouldn’t be ready when we got there. We expected a small wait. But It took another 20 minutes and both the sandwiches look like this. Seriously?! What has happened to having a little pride in your work? I’m not ashamed to say that one of my first jobs was at Papa Gino’s. We made sure we did it right and we were making under $4 an hour. Granted, times change but this is ridiculous!! The minimum wage is MUCH higher than it was but the account

The food is pretty delicious. The employees are pretty friendly. Though it can take a bit to get your order. I would overall recommend this restaurant, since the food makes it worth it.

Good spot for a quick and satisfying lunch. Taylor was very welcoming and committed to delivering a positive customer experience.
