Empanada's were top notch. They have baked and fried options of each flavor and both were delicious. Met the owner as we were walking in. Super nice guy, and the shop is family owned/operated by the husband and wife. Highly highly recommended!

Nice, friendly service. It’s their grand opening so choices were limited. The dough was a little thicker for my liking, but still tasty. Got the steak and it was tender with good flavor. I like the fried dough for the guava cheesecake. Green salsa was my favorite, red salsa was too spicy for me and I wasn’t a fan of the boo- yaw. I don’t think I liked the mayo in the sweet chili. Looking forward to be able to try their ground beef next time.

Papa Aldo’s is a small but mighty Peruvian fusion empanada shop tucked inside Regal Plaza on Eastern Avenue. Don’t be fooled by its size, the flavors here are absolutely huge. Honestly, this is one of those “run, don’t walk” spots you’ll want to try as soon as possible. On our first visit, we arrived later in the day and found that a few of the empanada flavors we wanted had already sold out, a clear sign of just how popular they are. Determined to taste more, we called in as soon as they opened the next day, placed our order, and picked it up fresh. Best decision ever. The empanadas are nothing short of incredible. I order Uber Eats from this place when I first moved to Henderson from California. Since a friend was visiting I wanted to dine in. The food was amazingly great. The service was also great. They are fairly new and I’m also new to Henderson. I am glad to find a Peruvian restaurant that is just as good as the Peruvian restaurants I had in Los Angeles my former home. I do hope to dine in again or use Uber Eats

Absolutely outstanding empanadas! We had ham and cheese, steak, and me xed berry. All were fantastic! Green sauce is very vibrant and delicious! Absolutely will be a regular spot for us
