Panera Bread

We enjoyed a quick lunch after doing business at the Toyota dealer across the street. Their souffle was fluffy and delicious, and their turkey sandwich was also good. They had a nice selection of freshly baked desserts. There is lots of parking in the lot. Service was friendly and fast. Their restroom was a little messy when we visited.

To begin with it's 70 some degrees outside and I'm shivering because they had the air conditioning down so low in here. Food was fine but not served with very much smiles. Place is old and smells it. No paper towel in the bathroom. Just feels generally rundown and boring. Not like other Paneras.

Placed an order at kiosk and it said wait for your food at the counter. So I did 20 minutes goes by and never called my name. Girl behind counter was just playing games with her friends and asked what are you doing standing here. I said been waiting for my food for 20 minutes and then pointed to the different part of the building to go pick up my order ( not at the pickup counter) my order was all bread and very little sandwich so it was not as advertised.

French onion soup taste was very disappointing: salty, poor amount and taste cheese. The soup cup said 'cozy', but nothing likes cozy. Its atmosphere looks down even though its staffs were kind.
