Panera Bread

This is an excellent Panera location. Great staff. Always on top of everything to make sure you are happy and satisfied. I especially love Claire who works behind the register She is very knowledgeable of all the products available and is always so warm and welcoming. Also love the manager Rachel who also is very knowledgeable and always assists in helping everyone.

One of those nights where we didn't want to cook but wanted a quick meal, so Panera to the rescue. Quick service and the food was fresh and good. The broccoli soup is just amazing. The bread was fresh, and we enjoyed sitting by the fire.

Second time in two weeks that my breakfast sandwich was made without egg (sandwich comes with egg) and had to wait 35 minutes for our food although we ordered ahead of time. It’s a very busy Panera so they should have more workers for such high demand.

In-house eating is good. Delivery is terrible. It takes forever. Delivery time is never accurate. No one answers the phone at the restaurant. Drivers don’t respond to calls or text.

The service is what you would expect at any fast food restaurant, nothing exceptional. I ordered the greek chicken salad. Unfortunately, there was more greens than chicken for the price, they could add more chicken to it, seeing that it is a chicken salad after all.
