First time at this location. In store special: purchase an entree and a drink, get a cookie 50% off. Picked the Kitchen Sink cookie that was $2.80 at half off for 1 cookie! After reviewing receipt, I enquired about the price, that is when the cashier stated it was normally $5.59! Did not try the cookie yet. Filled from meal. With "Pick 2" the bowl of Bacon Mac & Cheese was $9.99 instead of $11.99, but for the price, the bowl could have been filled more! Food is definitely fresher and better for you, but I spent $39.06 for the 2 of us! I had no rewards on my account today, but it is worth signing up as I get emailed special promotions throughout the month. I just do not live near a location to join the Sip Club. Some food was not hot, just warm but they took care of that when mentioning. All good. Too hot inside, need to check the thermostat. 🥵 overall we had a great time, nice and roomy for our daughters power chair.

Twenty years later, I believe I am qualified to rate the numero uno employee of the Uniontown Panera. Tammy!!! Accomodating, knowledgeable, customer friendly, patient, ad infinitum. Never, never, temperamental, nasty, etc. Will be missed by her loyal following when she hangs up her spurs.

Totally understand some of the bad reviews, but I have had only good experiences at this Panera. Good staff, clean, but I usually stop in for breakfast. The difference could really be in the different staff. I also get the same thing everything. Yes, guess I'm a regular.

It took longer to decide what we wanted to eat than it did to get it. They have a variety of food and goodies to choose from. The service was good and the place was clean.
