Panera Bread

Panera doesn't have many vegan options but what is there is quite tasty. I grabbed a Mediterranean salad with hummus, tons of veggies added, a bag of chips, and a nice beverage. The portion was good, the food was well prepared, the dining experience was enjoyable. The music wasn't too loud - a good volume to be heard but not so loud that you can't have a conversation. I'll be back for future visits, for sure.

My husband and I were looking for a place to grab dinner on Xmas eve. Everywhere was closed, but we stopped into Panera less than 10 mins before they closed, and the staff who was mostly cleaned up, heated up soups and made a sandwich for us. They were super nice about it, which was greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend this place, especially for the service.

Tonight 12/14/25 (est 6:35pm) I ordered 2 group broccoli cheddar soups and 1 sandwich with rapid indoor pickup. I was told that I had to wait 5-10 minutes for the broccoli cheddar soups because they had to thaw after waiting for the food to be ready on the app for 10 minutes. After that 10 minutes I was called to the counter and told I could either wait another 10-15 minutes or get a refund/change the soup out for a different one. I waited the 15 minutes and was called up to the counter again to be told it still wasn't done and asked if I wanted to wait. I waited 45-55 minutes after the app said my order was ready and finally got my soup and sandwich. Not once did a manager come out to apologize or offer anything for the wait. Thank you for completely screwing up my salad and putting blue cheese on there which, I didn’t order and I absolutely despise! Now I have a salad that I paid for that is completely inedible! How are you going to remedy this? It would be nice if you would teach your employees how to actually read and make correctly correctly!! Also, do you actually cook the bacon that you put on your sandwiches? The bacon on my sandwich looks practically raw! Crisp warm bacon instead of cold, floppy bacon would be much more desirable!

Had a late morning brunch with my wife and baby on a weekday. Location was clean, quiet and, thanks to the staff, very welcoming. We had a couple of sandwiches and a soup; all were tasty. I prefer this location over the one in Wyomissing and I try to stop in whenever I'm in the area.
