V & S Sandwich Shop

What an amazing team! I ordered a 6ft hoagie for a work Christmas lunch. It was ready early, when I arrived I was greeted and taken care of immediately, the man that helped me take this gigantic sandwich to the car was AMAZING and my guys loved it! (Check out the photos of the beastly sub) I will be using this as a lunch option again!! Thank you to the lady that managed to make seven 6ft hoagies for the day!!

I love V&S but even though they are down the street from me in shillington and a closer one in sinking spring (all others closed), I drive a half hour out to 5th st because they still make it like they did 50 years ago. The other 2 are not the same. Sam ruined the others. No meat on the cheese steak, no hard rolls, changed the cheese on the fries multiple times. His sister owns this one and kept it the same, packed sandwiches, alot of fries, hard and soft rolls and the food is always made good. The other locations consistently messed up my order, sandwich is all bread and I don't care for the rolls. They were even using maiers rolls for stuff. I'd rather pay more money and have it the same so I wouldn't have to drive 20 miles instead of 1 but over the years the other locations just got wor

This is the second time I’ve gotten from here. First time was 2 weeks ago and I got the Tuffy Delight. Turkey and roast beef with provolone cheese. Amazing!!! This time I got the Gizmo. A cheeseburger with slices of grilled ham. Also SOOOOO GOOD. Thank you ladies for being genuinely polite as well as being able to make an amazing hoagie. You ladies definitely restored my confidence in hoagies in Berks county.

pickup,15 min ago,phone order, came all the way from Kenhorst. I asked for 2 small italians which were made correctly no onions, no peppers. 1 large Italian extra onions hard roll. I got neither. Also, didnt taste/feel any olive oil, very dry. V&S has gone by the wayside last 20-30 years. Maybe they should become a Wawa franchise. Dynamite Subs people !!

If you enjoy peppers in oil V&S is a must try. My large Italian was yummy, staff is very kind, store is inviting and clean!
