Panera Bread

During my business trip to the U.S. (11/1 – 11/15), I visited Panera Bread (210 Mission Dr, Stroudsburg, PA 18360) almost every day—whether before work or after. It quickly became my favorite spot. The coffee and drinks were excellent, and the bread was always fresh and delicious. The quality was consistent, and every visit felt satisfying. What truly stood out was the staff’s energy and friendliness—they were always welcoming and made the atmosphere warm and pleasant. One moment that touched us deeply was when a staff member learned we were from Taiwan and Japan. They greeted us in simple Chinese and Japanese, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made us feel incredibly appreciated. Panera Bread is always a great choice! The food is fresh, tasty, and made with quality ingredients. I love their soups, salads, and sandwiches—especially the broccoli cheddar soup. The atmosphere is cozy and perfect for a casual meal or working on the go. Friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommend!

Today I had a small issue with a food item that I was not satisfied with. I called Panera and their Manager, Josh, was extremely understanding and helpful. The rest of my food order was just fine and Josh, along with the two cashiers, made my experience at Panera a very pleasant one. Very well done, I will be at Panera again very soon.

Very good! And now that we discovered the value duets we are thrilled to come for the fresh sandwich & soup pairings! The Napa chicken salad sandwich was great! Soft, fresh bread and green crunchy lettuce. Chicken & wild rice creamy soup was average...but a nice combo for just 6.99! Mobile order was prepared quickly and service was friendly. Clean restroom. Changing table in the women's room noted.

Panera was one of my favorite places to eat until last October 31, 2025. I order a green goddess salad hoping to enjoy it only to find dirt in my salad. I was utterly grossed out. My daughter couldn't believe it until I showed it to her. I did not say anything to Panera because all they would have said was their sorry. Also I ordered a soup the chicken rice soup and received chicken noodle. This was the third time this has happened. This ruined my experience and I no longer desire to patron Panera anywhere. Panera your chefs and assistant chefs need to inspect the food before sending it out to your customers. Smh
