Panera Bread

Photo for reference of order. I ordered a sandwich in Asiago bagel.. they called and said they didn’t have it but they would replace it with a different kind, I said no problem just use the original bread. Well I get my order and I do in fact have a full sandwich made with an Asiago bagel and also a half sandwich made with the original bread! I guess they found a bagel and still gave me the extra. That is so nice!! Thank you!

Picked up a Caesar salad and soup to go. Soup was fine, but when I took a bite of the salad I got a couple of pieces of rotten lettuce. They were foul and slimy! Gross!! Before I ate anymore I picked through it carefully and pulled out about 8 pieces with significant rot. C'mon Panera, teach your folks not to cut up lettuce without culling the rot first!

The score of 3 stars for "Service" is because the drink size I was served did not match the picture on the menu. I ordered on April 15, 2025, got a mango smoothie, which is a one-size beverage on the self-order kiosk. I've attached a screenshot of what the menu shows, and a picture of my drink cup after I drank it. I didn't mention my concern at the time because I was in a hurry, unfortunately. Otherwise, I would have asked for the next size up. I'm disappointed because the cost of this beverage is not reflected in the size I received.

I had quite the good experience at this specific Panera. I live by a Panera about 5 minutes away but decided to come here as I had a friend who works here. The staff here is very nice and they have a joy like no other when working. The cashier taking my order noticed my friend was on shift and he allowed her to take my order and she recommended a delicious broccoli cheddar soup. During my lunch, I also received a free sample of one of their pastry items and it was very appetizing. Although Panera is fairly pricey, my first visit has given me a good impression to come back for future visits.

I got the Pick Two strawberry poppyseed salad and the broccoli cheddar mac n cheese. Both were excellent, and the little baguette on the side was soft and warm. Their new charged lemonades are also super good! I didn't catch her name but the girl at the counter with white and blue hair was really nice and had a bubbly and friendly energy. Absolutely will be coming here again!
