Panera Bread

I am a sip club member. I average 1 coffee a day. That means I pay about .50 cents each coffee. For great tasting coffee. That is the greatest deal in Americas fast food industry by far. And the the food is always good. The prices are great. And there is no tipping. Even better, I frequent numerous paneras. My favorite are South Portland Maine and Biddeford Maine. Why? The staff. They make me feel like a valued friend and not just another customer. Kudos to the managers in these two locations for training their staff in creating the experience they give every visit.

Panera bread is a unique place in that its simply good for anyone. Quick snack, dates, a place to hang out... it checks all the boxes. Staff is friendly and helpful. Menu items are varied and you will likely find something you like. I recommend them and use them as a staple for places to go.

We had to give a shout out to the manager, Dylan who waited on us at Panera. We were on vacation in Maine and stopped at the Panera near the airport for food before our flight home to Florida. He was so friendly and told me I could choose a cookie, because I had a reward. Then he offered one to my husband which was so kind of him. He was the nicest Panera employee we have ever encountered and we have eaten at many locations, so this says a lot. Thanks Dylan for going over and beyond your job and being so kind to us.

It was our first time (daughter and I). It was a great lunch. My husband decided to order bread to go after. Haha

the employees of this panera bread location need some reading lessons. Not only did I have to wait over 25 minutes past my estimated pick up time to get my order, I drove all the way home to find my option for “EXTRA” signature sauce was interpreted as “NO” signature sauce on my sandwich. without the sauce its bland and dry, hence why I order extra sauce. It is not that hard to read one simple direction. Over $12 in the trash, because reading is too difficult for panera employees? Thank you for absolutely ruining my day and wasting my money!
