Panera Bread

Came in on a Sunday morning and it was moderately busy. The store is clean. Full location is a problematic. The workers were not hourly friendly, but they were at least courteous. Got a coffee and enjoyed the location. My son got a drink. I was there to do some work. Really can’t complain about the place, but can’t say anything really about it either.

I had the worst experience at Panera in Santa Fe this week. The dining area was disgusting. Dirty dishes piled up, trash over flowing from bin, the drink area was unbelievably dirty. If I had the ability to shut it down I would. I couldn't believe it. I asked for my money back and left the place. Can you imagine if the dining area was dirty as it was, I don't even want to see what the kitchen and food prepping area looks like.

Stay away and go the extra miles to Albuquerque. This place is in desperate need of a renovation or else to just be closed down. All of the seats are ripped tables are chipped and they just don’t keep the place clean whatsoever. I saw a girl cleaning a table yesterday and she never bothered to even wipe it down and left trash And under the table. You basically have to clean your own table if you want to eat your food inside. The service is extremely slow, and if you order a drink, don’t expect to get your cup. I’ve asked repeatedly why they don’t give me a cup when they call my number I said am I supposed to get it from the front counter and they said no we give But like it clearly says on the ticket, I ordered a drink. Been eating at this Panera for YEARS. It was never amazing, but always solidly good, which made it my go to for lunch between errands. Today was different. I got the broccoli cheese soup and blueberry lemonade, like usual, and it was not good. By the time my soup came out it had a pretty solid film on top but most egregious was the lemonade. You know how when you finish a drink and let the ice melt and take that last little sip before you throw it away? Yeah, it was that incredibly watered down. It was a a brighter than usual color, like it was full of dye and not actually juice. I took two sips before ultimately throwing it away. Terrible establishment I’ve ordered door dash from here multiple times and they always don’t put atleast 2 of my items in my order in the bag so then I have to get a refund. They have a full receipt on the bag with everything ordered and they still fail to put an entire sandwich and soup and bread bowl in the bag. Do not order from here there is very obviously some employee there purposely not putting meals in deliveries so they can get a free meal.
