It is probably your typical Panera. They force you to use the kiosk to order food. It can be annoying if you want to look at the menu while waiting for your turn at the kiosk because you can't really see it from where the kiosks are. Overall everything was fine. A person will eventually take your order if you wait long enough in front of the register or the line is too long for the kiosks.
Very nice lady took our order. Nice not to have to.use a kiosk to order. Food excellent as always. Music in dining room too loud.
It was great all the way round, from the guy who was very nice at the till, to the man who brought our food over. The food was very tasty, tasted fresh. Healthy yet fast choice.
We usually get salads. My complaint is they put the big hard chunks of lettuce in the salad and I do not like that. Also the dressing is in little tiny containers and I always need 3 and they charge for the third one. A bit ridiculous. Other than these two issues I love it there.
Great food, bread is stale and kids menu needs to be bigger. Like the grill cheese and chips tho (I'm kinda picky lol)
