Panera Bread

I enjoyed my visit to Panera. The food, atmosphere and the service is always a pleasurable experience and that's rare. A lot of times your first few visits are good and on that fourth visit you may catch someone on a bad day. Thus far that hasn't been the case here.

I cannot make up what I just experienced. I got the Mac and cheese with bacon. The bowl was dirty and I went to tell the cashier and she said “oh that’s just the staining from the bowl.” Unacceptable, if it was just staining it wouldn’t be coming off of the bowl. I asked if I could get a new order of Mac and cheese in a to go cup and they put the same exact Mac and cheese in the to go bowl. What a waste of my $17, my time, and appetite. I wish I could get a refund for this but it’s clear you can’t complain here. I hope I don’t get sick.

This location is a great peaceful atmosphere, went once I got off around 5ish. Customer service was greeting and very patient, with that being my first visit. My pizza came out so fast I was like I just sat down, lol. But It was so good.

Second time visiting this franchise in years. Loved the pizza and Baja bowl. Enjoyed the Agave lemonade mixed with green tea. Sat outside to enjoy lunch, but ended up going inside due to a quick change in the weather.

Got my sandwich wrong. Over salted. Tgey admitted it happened during prep but it was a lot. I could only eat the bottom half. They were nice enough to offer me a free pastry.
