Panera Bread

I’ve had the worst cold and had been craving chicken noodle soup. Went last night ordered the chicken avocado BLT with broccoli cheddar soup that my husband said was amazing, I had my usual turkey bacon bravo with chicken noodle soup which was amazing as well. So good that I was like let’s have it again tonight, it was great comfort food. Idk what happened over night, but it’s horrible! They used different bread for the sandwiches, my bravo was toasted, (never is)missing tomato, and just tasted burnt and completely different. The chicken noodle soup has hardly any chicken. His chicken BLT was bland and made with horrible bread. The bread for the soups could literally knock someone out. When also got 2 Mac and cheese for the kids and they said it wasn’t as good as last nights, like it wasn’

The service is usually decent but I've never been to a restaurant which consistently is out of something. Could be tomatoes, butter, CUPS! Seriously, its always something. Plus their soft drinks are inconsistent. The Pepsi rarely tastes like it should. Not sure how any of this can be possible for such a popular restaurant chain.

Came in for the Asiago stack and they only had two kinds of bagels no Asiago. Bunch of boxes with bagels were sitting in the open. Customer service was horrible. If you have something advertised you should make sure your stores have enough supply. Tables were not clean had crumbs on almost all tables. Floor was dirty looked liked hadn’t even vacuumed. I drove a good while to go to this place and very unhappy with service.

I went there at around 1:45 pm. Ordered a broccoli cheddar soup in a bread bowl. Why did I spend from 2:30pm (after it was eaten) til about 1Am this morning with the meanest stomach aches. Throwing up non stop with a stomach pain that I couldn’t fathom. Now I’m stuck between whether or not I have food poisoning or a viral infection. This has NEVER happened to me eating here. Please check on your food before u give it to someone.

Spent $60 for three adults and 3 kids meals the baguettes were so hard you could not even eat them so I found someone to help and she cut up a fresh loaf which iwas harder (stale) than the first. The quality of food has really gone down and the bathrooms were disgusting. I would not recommend.
