Panera Bread

I ordered a tuna sandwich on a bagel with a whole bunch of modifications and Cream of chicken and wild rice soup, but received a simple tuna fish sandwich. I called the store and spoke to manager Chelsea and she kindly reimbursed me for the sandwich I ordered made me a new one correctly and also reimburse me for that order. Hands down my go-to place when I'm hungry at night. Food is incredible customer service is amazing.

The chicken salad sandwich was pathetic, all lettuce. If i wanted just bread thats what I would have ordered. For 10.00 I am glad there were at least some chips to eat. Also i ordered a hot sandwich and they packed the hot sandwich on top of the cold. Thats really not effective .

I came to Panera Bread and I ordered some lunch and the girl that was serve kitchen She took my bread away because I did ask her if she can get an apple and she said either of the bread or apple. You’ve been over $15 bucks. They should do better for customer customers. Their restaurant looks so empty cause people use their Wi-Fi. That’s the only thing they come for. Lol. 😂. The people smile they look so miserable. I feel sorry 😢

We ordered at the self service kiosk and our food was ready rather quickly. The food tasted great but even though we ordered no Chipotle sauce or onions on the sandwich it still had both of them. The restaurant itself was clean but the men's bathroom sink could use an update.

Water..I ordered 1/2 cup of broc cheddar soup.1/2 chic salad sand. Soup was water sand was about teaspoon of chicken salad all bread.you use to get a drink with this not any more. Well I thought I would get the pecan braid.well I shouldn't have been surprised, it was half the size it use to be. We'll Next time I will go to carabbas much better lunch and much cheaper.
