Panera Bread

I’ve ordered from this store when I don’t have any other choice. The salads used to be fresh but lately I have noticed that the quality of the food has declined considerably including their sandwiches. I visited twice this week. The lettuce has brown stems, wilted greens, the avocado rotten. Both times I asked to exclude the chicken and bacon. You would think that the price would be less for not having these 2 items. Nope! For a bowl (partially empty) I paid the same amount as if I had included the meats. $15.72 overpriced The two small containers of the dressing were only filled 1/4; barely any. Great place for coffee and a snack or meal. They need to do something about the time at the drive-thru...when people place large orders, the whole line of cars behind it has to wait. Yesterday, I had to wait 12 minutes to pick up my coffee. The need to have the people who order large orders to pull around the front of the building and wait in the spots by the doors and an associate can run them out their order. Keep that Drive-thru line moving.

I am quite disappointed with this Panera Bread. My friend and I went there, and I went inside to get a green tea drink and a snack. Everything was fine, and the employees were friendly. My friend is new to the area and walked around the outside of the property, getting some video of the building and talking about its history. He was on PUBLIC property. An employee came out and told him to leave (again, public property) or she’d call the police. He said no, and she called. The Plaistow police were very professional and said he was doing nothing wrong. Then, as we were leaving, the employee kept coming out to her car to watch us. It was bizarre! This delicious Strawberry Chicken Caprese salad is being offered at Panera for a limited time only. In all the Paneras I've been to, this is by far the best in service, food and customer service. As a traveling worker, it is hard sometimes to find good people. But to find good food AND good people combined? Their Chipotle chicken avocado breakfast sandwich is made of everthing delicious. As long as I'm in NH, I'll always be a returning costumer. Obviously there are a two or three questionable people when I've gone through drive through, but a win is a win.
