Panera Bread

Got half salad have soup. It’s such an incredible shame how downhill their quality of food has gotten. Seasonal soups are most likely the worst . I got the squash soup which but it tasted sweet and not at all like a natural hearty soup. It tasted like sugar was added and its weirdly unnatural orange color.

Well almost $20.00 for half a sandwich & " cup " of soup. Meat doesn't even cover the bread. The sandwich is more bread than anything. Pictures show the sad state of said breadwinner. What exactly did I pay for. The stellar customer service that I didn't receive. Manager said and I quote " it's an expensive place " EXCUSE ME. More ridiculous really. I had been a fan for years but this is just sad. The response was worse.

I encountered rude staff during my visit. I ordered the signature hot chocolate, but it tasted terrible—just plain water with a hint of cocoa. It was bland and unpleasant, lacking any real flavor. All the coffee we ordered were plain and blend as if they barely added any coffee or flavor. Additionally, they messed up our order, claiming they were out of certain items on the app. We had to reorder them just to receive what we had originally wanted. When I called to address the issue, the staff was very rude and hung up while I was still talking, simply saying, “I’ll refund.”

Update.... was able to speak to a manger & they mad3 it more than right, I will still check my order, but I have no issues reccomending this place. It is convenient for pts, family & staff alike! I have ordered several times from the main Panara and on a few occasions they have left ingredients out. Just double check your order & make sure it's right.

Love Panera, clean store, wish they would go back to bigger portions and better prices though. Panera is a healthier alternative to fast food.
