Panera Bread

Extremely rude woman taking the orders. She had spent maybe 10 minutes taking someone’s order, and not only did nobody come to help, but she spoke so rudely to my parents when they had a question about an item on the kiosk. If the manager didn’t show up to take our order after so long I would have left immediately. I don’t know if it was because we are south asian or if she is rude to everyone (since she seemed to be pretty nice to the white person in front of her) but this needs to be addressed by staff. Strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

This location has been severely neglected for at least a year. Orders are consistently incorrect. Coffee is consistently not ready. This is during normal breakfast hours. Berry cups are missing berries. Very surprised Panera allows this. Definitely appears to be a case of lack of training and poor management visibility.

I went to Panera Bread around 1 PM — right in the middle of the lunch rush. When I ordered through the app, it showed their world-famous tomato soup as available. But when my name was called, I was told they were out of it. This is peak lunch hour — how can you be out of one of your most popular items? I said that was fine and chose a different soup, but then I was given the wrong sandwich, my drink was missing, and they forgot the bread that comes with the meal. I’ve been to many Panera locations, and this one has to be the most disorganized. Unfortunately, I won’t be visiting this location again.

$5.50 for this? Fruit looks like it’s been left out of the fridge for 3 days uncovered. This belongs in the trash. You can’t serve stuff like this to people. Sandwich tasted good but was prepared terribly. All the chicken salad was pushed over to one side. High price but poor quality. Stinks.

Panera has went down hill. They are running a special which is supposed to be an entire grilled cheese and tomato soup . Just so you know it's mini. The sandwich is mini. The mac and cheese was actually like a pasta , cheese soup that was filled 1/4 of the way and the chili has been changed to a spicy inedible slop. I paid 8 bucks for 5 bites of mac and cheese.I will never be back here again . The place was EMPTY.
