Panera Bread

I travel frequently for work and often set up shop in a local Panera. The staff here are by far the friendliest I’ve ever met. The manager was going around to clients and asking about their days, offering assistance and was picking up empty trays. The service here is really unbelievable! It has the feeling of a locally run business with a big brand name. The interior is also one of the nicest and newest Paneras I’ve ever been in. I’ll definitely be back when travel brings me to the area!

We can't say enough about the Manager at this location and their very special employee, Cindy! They both make it feel like home when you enter! They recognize you and just treat you like family! What a super pleasant way to spend lunch! There's no other place like this..... kudos to Cindy, so pleasant and so hard-working. Thanks for always making our visits so enjoyable!

What a breath of fresh air. After my experiences at the newly-opened Chipotle right next door, I had set the lowest expectations for this place. I was wrong! With strong managerial presence on the floor, abundant staff that is eager to help, carefully crafted food and fully stocked bar, this place is ready for war. Best Panera in North Jersey and I am excited to give them my business. Kudos to the franchise owner, manager, and staff for making Newton a classier, more reliable town to bring in business(: -Trevor

Ron and his staff are very kind and personable! Atmosphere is very pleasant, clean, and upscale. Love coming here!

Overpriced and very small portions. The cup of soup and 1/2 sandwich is so small that you'll be wondering where the rest is. Their soup is not made fresh and comes out of a bag. Stop taking advantage of your customers and provide value for their money.
