Panera Bread

Another great experience here…. NOT! This Panera is awful. Sometimes the food is ok and other times it’s this. Half a sandwich is rarely ever half. Usually you get 1/3. Someone there doesn’t know how to cut down the middle. Today the creamy chicken and rice soup was WATER. So watery they handed the bag out soaked. Management sucks at this location. The whole staff needs to be fired because they clearly lack common sense and care. Food costs too damn much to get 💩 that’s not edible. Refunded on Door Dash and went elsewhere You’ll also wait 30min in the drive thru with just two cars ahead of you. It’s ridiculous.

The staff her is super nice. They are very respectful and get food out super quickly. The pick 2 deals are a great value for my employees when we are on the go that I'm sure is healthier than fast food options around. This food being comparable in both speed and price. The baked potato soup had raw potatoes so would recommend that but the broccoli cheddar with green goddess chicken salad is a decent value and healthier lunch on the go alternative to fast food. And all the people who work here are super plesant!

We were excited to get a Panera close to where we live, but it’s repeatedly been a let down. This morning we ordered a few breakfast items, Bacon/Egg/Cheese on a bagel. This is the result - No cheese, and half or a quarter of the usual egg portion. Out of Everything bagels too at 9am - not mad about that part. Management needs to do better, not only are food orders coming out wrong, they’re not putting the full ingredients in. The Fort Walton Panera has been much more consistent over the years.

Once again wasted $ for watery greasy “creamy chicken & rice” soup. It’s like someone here either doesn’t know how to make the soup or they’re leaving it in the pot all day and adding water as it evaporates. A food safety concern BTW. This place is too expensive for the small portions and hit or miss edibility.

30$ for a soup and two things of Mac and cheese which they half filled. Smh Edit to add- placed a mobile order. Get to the drive through, wait 7-9 minutes with no one acknowledging me. I pull up to the pickup window and the worker and the manager and leaning against the counter on their phones. Smh
