What a wonderful restaurant exceptional food quality with amazing staff; staff was polite and welcoming, quite prompt with orders and delivered food right onto our table. service was great and the ambience is also vibrant. Kids had a lot of fun great meal options and amazing quality kids mc&cheese with grilled cheese sandwitch. Medetarian salad, sandwich, creamy tomato shift & macroons in dessert was just amazing. 5 little pieces of steak, no onions, no sweet red peppers it did have arugula on it, the bagel was rock hard, if it would let me post a picture I would. Gave them back their very sad expensive sandwich. Also the kettle chips have no flavor.

The restaurant was clean. There were alot of employees hanging in the pick up window chatting. I was so looking forward to great food. This is not what I got. I ordered two orders and they both looked like the pictures. I threw them away and ate popcorn. Not only did they not look good they were disappointing in taste. Completely disappointing for 30 dollars wasted.

The past two days I have gone to this Panera! Phenomenal service! There is always someone cleaning and wiping the tables frequently. They even made me a hot tea and brought it to my table. They also brought my bakery goods to the table as well. Everyone is friendly and provides great customer service! The pumpkin muffin was delicious! It had the perfect moist and the taste was scrumptious. The plain bagels had the right chew for my liking. The hot tea was hot enough and delicious! The tomato soup was the right temperature and yummy! I would highly recommend this Panera and thank you!

Broke down and finally tried Panera Bread that my wife has hyped about for years. The menu was quite impressive but a bit confusing. Had the toasted Italiano and chicken and wild rice soup. It was pretty good but I found toasting the sourdough baguette made it a bit too crunchy. A good atmosphere and was pretty busy. Overall a positive experience but was a bit pricey for me for a relatively small serving of a cup of soup and half sandwich.
