Fire and Dough Neapolitan Pizza

The pizza from this truck was better than SO many restaurants in LA and Chicago that I’ve waited, dined in, and paid way too much for. I knew as soon as I saw the menu that they knew what they were doing and that it was going to be authentic. I saw the press inside, how my pizza came out in under 5 minutes, and heard that the flour is from Italy — and could taste all of that in the first bite. I’ve had pizza in Italy this good and couldn’t believe I was having comparable dough in Montana. It was chewy, crispy, not overloaded or soggy, and perfectly done. After doing some of the hardest hiking in my life, this absolutely hit the spot. I wish I could take this home with me, but I’ll just have to come back!!

Local GOLD MINE. By far the best pizza in the flathead valley beyond a shadow of a doubt. They use a real imported Italian oven and imported Italian flour which has much less preservatives than American flour and much lower gluten content. Incredible food

Very good authentic style pizza! Fresh ingredients and perfectly cooked Italian crust, comparable to the pizzas we tried in Italy but with some really fun and interesting topping combos. Very good pizza, some of the best in the valley! Their classics are amazing but Definitely recommend trying one of their unique flavor combos!

First off, probably the best pizza in the valley. Also the owner Jacob was super awesome. Me and my friend were cleaning the windows at black rifle and we ordered and then offered to clean the window for free. He was super generous and ended up hooking is up with even more pizza. 10/10 will eat again. He even convinced me to leave my first google review! Can’t speak highly enough of the food and the owner. Honestly really lovely experience.

Heavenly flavors! I ordered the ricotta honey dipper and it was a salty and sweet, crispy and gooey mash up 😘 chef’s kiss thanks to that real flaming oven in that food truck 🔥🤤 I’m looking forward to ordering the Fig Pig next to get more of that sweet and savory deliciousness in my mouth!
